Saily’s CEO and Founder

Amit is the Founder of Saily Strategic Solutions Inc., bringing over 19 years of global experience across the construction industry, with projects delivered throughout Europe, North America, Asia, and Africa. A Chartered Surveyor by profession, his expertise spans cost, commercial, and project management, built through hands-on delivery in complex and high-value environments.

Saily was created as a reflection of Amit’s approach to the industry. It is practical, solutions-focused, and grounded in real experience. He believes projects succeed when teams work collaboratively, decisions are based on clear insight, and value is demonstrated at every stage.
Amit is also committed to creating pathways for minority-owned businesses within the industry. As part of this, Saily has been intentionally certified with CAMSC and CMHC, supporting a broader goal of building a more inclusive and opportunity-driven supply chain.
At its core, Amit’s work through Saily is about raising standards, building strong relationships, and delivering outcomes that stand the test of time.

Experience That Defines Our Approach

We bring deep experience across high-value real estate and infrastructure projects in the UK, Canada, and the Middle East. Our work is grounded in cost, commercial, and project management, providing the structure, insight, and discipline required to support successful project delivery.
In the UK, our experience includes luxury hotels, premium residential developments, and multi-year water infrastructure programmes. This includes work across project controls, cost management, risk advisory, as well as contract strategy and contract administration for complex, long-term capital investments.
In Canada, our team has supported major real estate and infrastructure projects across retail, commercial, public sector, and developer-led environments. This includes work alongside organisations such as Public Services and Procurement Canada, Bank of Canada, Department of National Defence, and the National Arts Centre. Our experience also includes lender advisory support, bringing an added layer of financial oversight and project confidence.
In the Middle East, our experience includes large-scale urban developments, residential communities, and retail-led mixed-use projects. Our team has provided end-to-end cost and commercial management services, from early-stage estimating and cost planning through to procurement, contract administration, and final account closeout. This work has been delivered in fast-paced, design-led environments where strong commercial control and coordination are essential.
